Returns and Refunds

We do not have to give a refund if you change your mind about a purchase — so please choose carefully. If the product you have bought is faulty, we will provide a remedy as required by the Consumer Guarantees Act.

Lindales Fujifilm Image Service has a refund policy in place with proof of purchase for all faulty products. The product must be returned to us and we will decide whether we will send the product to the manufacturer for repair, replace the products or money refunded.
